Shawn was a complete professional. Very thorough and checked over my furnace completely!! He was very polite and courteous! Lozier is lucky to have him as an employee. Chargea were more than reasonable for the amount of work done.

The handful of times their techs have come over, it's always been a great experience. They had given me realistic advice on the overall health of my aging units & it turned out to be very accurate. Something wasn't working at the beginning of the summer, and after visiting with the tech and then later with Scott, I decided it was time to replace the units. They have a very thoughtful end-to-end process mapped out for that. Five months later, everything has been performing really well and I'm happy with how everything has turned out. They have high quality products and high quality service. Also thanks Ryan for sending a great crew to install everything.

I contacted, Lozier on their website about my AC acting up. By the next morning, they had arranged for tech, Logan to come out and inspect everything. After diagnosing the problem, it made more sense to replace my 18 year old unit, so I was put in touch with consultant, Ryan who was able to come out that same day. After looking at my system and existing equipment, Ryan was able to give me a variety of proposals the next morning that fit both my budget and comfort needs. Ryan made himself available with my crazy work schedule to answer a number of questions and walk though the pros and cons of all the systems that were recommended to me. When install came, technicians, Austin and Jeremy arrived prompt and prepared. Both were courteous and polite. Jeremy even went the extra mile and explained all of the changes that took place with equipment inside my home and what to expect moving forward. All members of the team that I encountered were awesome and personable. If you are looking for great customer service and quick responses, you should look no further. I canât thank this team enough⊠They really took the anxiety, stress, and worry out if costly HVAC repairs and replacements.

Lozierâs has been handling our annual maintenance on our furnace and central air for the last 5 seasons. This year with our systems being nearly 20years old and starting to show signs of wear we reached out to Ryan. Ryan came out inspected everything and gave an honest opinion of our system. He didnât try to sell me anything just gave me options. He sent me a quote with 4 options of new equipment. Each showed a different level of model. We went with the top Lennox model. He said the thermostat was good so donât replace it. Another big savings. Scheduling was easy and the Lozier team of Joe and Austin arrived on time. They were so extremely professional, took great care of our house, did very clean work on the installs. They cleaned up spotless and then explained everything to me. I didnât shop Lozier pricing as we are loyal to great business and this is a great business. Give them a try you wonât be disappointed.

Our furnace started blowing cold air in the middle of the night. I called Lozier at 7am and they responded promptly, they came out during emergency hours and had our unit up and running within hours! I didnât get the techs name but he was great! 10/10
